When and Where Do I Upload My Artwork?

After you have completed the checkout process you will be directed to the “Artwork Upload” section. This is where you can upload your artwork for your disc storage wallet. Select from a previous order. You can also use our Online Design / Layout Tool to create your artwork for any of your ordered Custom printed products. 

Please ensure you have created your artwork using one of our free templates. These CD wallet printing templates are available from the Artwork Upload section OR from our templates area.

How do I Submit My Data for Duplication?

On the order confirmation page you will receive instructions regarding shipping your master disc(s) and IPR form to our duplication department. Remember, if you did not write the content or have permission from the original copyright owner we are not allowed to make copies! If you purchased your songs from iTunes or similar you do not have copyright ownership and therefore cannot make copies.

How Do I Place a Repeat Order?

If you have ordered from us before, you can simply select your previous order number in the Build Order Form, from the drop down menu. If your previous order number is a four digit order number, simply scroll down to the Artwork Section and click "Copy from a previous order." Then select the order number from the drop down menu. This menu will list all previous order numbers, and we’ll reuse your artwork.

New customer, first time to ever order online printing. first time to order sleeves for DVD packaging. Big risk as I am a control freak when it comes to this stuff. I just did not have to time to deal with it on this project and sent it out. Andy helped a lot with the order and my custom artwork. He followed up, responded to questions promptly. This was my first time ordering this particular item from Blank Media Printing, and as usual, the quality of their product is nothing less than fantastic. I was looking for a less expensive option for packaging CDs, and this fits the bill perfectly; it provides a beautiful package for my CD, and saves me the cost of Jewel Cases, Booklets, and Jewel Case Tray Cards. My fiancé and I put together a CD of wedding songs to give out as gifts at our reception. The print quality on both the packaging and the discs themselves was absolutely perfect! I was also really pleased by the production turnaround time and shipping. They were shipped out 3 business days after I placed the order. I hadn't used them before but I will again for sure! Excellent experience

This was an excellent experience. I have an online course that I just made a available via DVD. I ordered from another company and after only getting a fourth of the product for the same money, I finally got the final product and the ink on all of the sleeves was smeared. When I told them about it, they didn't even offer a refund.

The I called Blank Media Printing. They were extremely easy to order from, answered all of my questions, got the order ready to in record time, and were a lot more cost efficient. I will NEVER order from another company, they rock!!!!
